Career Development
Through a 3 – 4 month internship, participants are matched with organizations or individuals aligned with their career goals and professional development.
In addition to the internship, networking events will be created to connect participants with potential employers and associations.
Continuous monitoring and evaluation to ensure participants are meeting their goals and developing key skills.
Entrepreneurial Empowerment
Participants are paired with experienced entrepreneurs to provide hands-on advice, strategic guidance, valuable resources, mentorship, and insight into overcoming challenges.
Create partnerships with external organizations offering incubator programs, access to capital, and other forms of support.
Events and workshops are created as opportunities to connect with industry leaders and potential partners.
