Product Manager
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring products deliver exceptional value and user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Intern Positions
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Stipend: $500 per month
Duration: 3-4 months (with potential for extension)
Fundraising & Partnerships Intern
- Research and identify grant opportunities, corporate sponsors, and partnership prospects
- Draft grant proposals and sponsorship packages
- Manage outreach efforts to sponsors and partners
- Track and report on grants, sponsorships, and partnership engagements, within stated timelines.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with external partners and stakeholders
- Proactive in outreach and relationship-building
- Excellent organizational skills in handling multiple priorities.
- Interest in fundraising, community and non-profit development
Administrative Operations Intern
- Support documentation, filing, and management of internal databases
- Assist with coordinating project timelines, meetings, and communications
- Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and project documents
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks with guidance and prioritize effectively

Sales & Business Development Intern
- Research and identify potential clients, sponsors, and partnership opportunities
- Support outreach efforts through emails, calls, and social media where appropriate
- Assist in developing sales materials, pitches, and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track client engagement and opportunities
- Contribute ideas for growth strategies, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

Content & Copy Intern
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to enhance content relevance.
- Assist in managing content calendars and meeting project deadlines.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong grasp of grammar, style, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems and SEO principles is a plus.
Growth Marketing Intern
- Support the planning and execution of digital growth campaigns across social, email, and web platforms
- Assist in analyzing user behavior and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights
- Help with A/B testing content, landing pages, and funnels to optimize user acquisition and retention
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through targeted outreach, partnerships, and paid media strategies
- Maintain performance dashboards, track KPIs, and summarize growth insights for the team
